We have had a small number of customers experience similar cleansing effects when they begin taking the product. It's usually a good sign that the increase in nutrition is causing your body to flush toxins, but can appreciate the inconvience.
Typically we tell customers to reduce their dosage by half until these effects subside, and if they last longer than a week to see their healthcare provider as there may be other health concerns to discuss with them.
